The staff was excellent, the room was clean, the place was quiet, and the place was comfortable. For a budget motel this was really a nice place to stay. Everything was clean and the facilities were nice. It is spartan, but if you're looking for something under $100 that's comfortable it works.

They didn’t have breakfast, when our tv didn’t work she did move us Ann was very nice about it and helpful and also when our son got sick I ran and asked for extra towels she had no problem getting us some very nice and helpful

The staff was wonderful. My mother is handicap and i contacted them earlier regarding her safety. They went out of their way too make sure she had a room that was easy to reach and let her know they were available for any assistance. She loved the location as she was able to still take the Raymond Road and easily get to the hotel. The closeness to Hy-Vee was much appreciated for meals.

They didn't serve any meals. Not even continental breakfast. I liked it though.

The way the night shift clerk handle us. When booking.com lost our reservation. He even given us cheaper than booking.com rates. I would rate him 10. He was very helpful.

The non-smoking rooms were not smoked in. And there was no pet hair to make us sneeze.
